- Headspace offers mindfulness and meditation to manage stress,anxiety, sleep, focus, and fitness, with a student plan that costs $9.99/year. There is also a YouTube Channel with over 400 videos.
- Insight Timer offers thousands of free resources, including customized guided meditation and journal exercises, covering over 200 topics.
- Calm has over 800 videos that provide mindfulness tools, calm stories, daily mediations and more on their YouTube channel.
- Now Matters Now is a website focused on dealing with suicidal thoughts or any overwhelming feelings. It offers emergency resources as well as tools and ideas for the longer term. Take a look at their videos!
Finally, be sure to take advantage of the services offered by your college. Many schools offer free counseling through the health center or student support office.
